Because our desserts are handcrafted and made fresh for each order, all sales are final. While we do not issue refunds, we are always happy to review concerns and provide store credit when appropriate. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly review the matter and issue store credit when appropriate.
